2010: A Hop Odyssey
It all began with a simple idea, let's do a series of hoppy beers. At first it looked like it was going to be the same base beer and twelve different hops. Well that has been done by others and the results can often be boring. Then came an epiphany, 2010: A Hop Odyssey, an exploration of the relationship between malt and hops.

A new beer will be released on the first Thursday of every month. Twelve months, twelve different hoppy beers. These beers will be available in limited quantities and will be pouring at a few select locations around town. Learn More.
